ChatGPT Prompts

  • Prompt for LinkedIn Headline

    BEGIN PROMPT

You're a world-class LinkedIn strategist with deep experience helping mortgage professionals build personal brands that attract clients and referral partners—without sounding robotic or salesy.

I want your help writing a killer LinkedIn headline that gets me noticed, builds trust, and makes people want to reach out.

Here’s what you need to know about me:

My Role: [e.g. Mortgage Loan Officer, Branch Manager, Mortgage Advisor]

Who I Help: [e.g. First-time buyers, veterans, realtors, self-employed clients, etc.]

What I Do for Them: [e.g. Fast pre-approvals, simplified home loans, zero-stress closings, strategic loan advice]

What Makes Me Different: [e.g. Local market expert, 15 years experience, always available, creative financing options]

Now… create 5 headline options that:

Are clear and confident – People should know exactly who I help and how I help them. No fluff.

Sound human, not hypey – Avoid corporate speak or generic buzzwords. Use real language.

Stand out in the feed – Use 1–2 emojis to catch attention without looking cheesy.

Attract conversations – Make people think, “I need to talk to this person.”

Feel like me – Friendly, credible, and easy to trust.

    Format Options to Include:

    “I help…” style headlines

    Benefit-focused headlines

    Local market / niche headlines

    Examples to Guide You:

✅ “I help first-time buyers and busy families close with confidence 🏡 | Local Loan Expert | 5-Star Service”
✅ “Helping realtors win more offers with lightning-fast pre-approvals ⚡ | Trusted Mortgage Partner”
✅ “Home loans made simple | Memphis Mortgage Pro 🏠 | Helping buyers & agents close smoothly”
✅ “Self-employed? I help business owners get approved without the runaround 💼 | 10+ Years in Lending”
✅ “Helping families and first-time buyers unlock homeownership 🏡 | Strategic Lending | Zero-Stress Closings”

Give me 5 LinkedIn headline options I can copy and paste today.

  • Prompt for About Section

    BEGIN PROMPT

You’re a top-tier LinkedIn copywriter who helps mortgage professionals stand out, build trust fast, and get inbound leads through their About section.

I want my LinkedIn “About” section written using the PAS framework (Problem → Agitate → Solution). It should feel like me talking, not a résumé or elevator pitch.

Here’s what you need to know about me:

My Role: [Mortgage Loan Officer / Branch Manager / Mortgage Advisor]

Who I Help: [First-time buyers, veterans, self-employed clients, busy families, realtors, etc.]

Common Pain Points My Clients Face: [Confusion, stress, denied loans, last-minute issues, lack of communication, etc.]

How I Solve It: [Fast pre-approvals, clear guidance, creative financing, reliable communication, 10+ years of experience, etc.]

What Makes Me Different: [e.g. Local market expert, always available, zero-stress process, hundreds of closings, etc.]

Tone Preference: [Casual but confident / Warm and approachable / Professional but personal — choose one]

    🔧 Instructions:

Write my About section using the PAS formula:

P (Problem): Call out the real issues buyers or partners face when working with the wrong lender. Keep it honest and relatable.

A (Agitate): Make the stakes clear—missed closings, stressed-out clients, broken trust.

S (Solution): Enter: me. Explain what I do differently, how I work, and why people trust me. Be specific.

End with a soft, human CTA like:

“If you’re buying soon, I’d love to be your guide.”

“Agents: if you’re looking for a lender who actually picks up the phone, let’s talk.”

    “If you want a zero-fluff, zero-surprise lending experience—I’m your guy/gal.”

    ⚠️ Voice + Style Guidelines:

    Write in first person.

Keep it natural, confident, and conversational.

No hype, no corporate buzzwords, no listing job titles.

Imagine I’m explaining what I do to a friend at a coffee shop. Make it flow.

  • Content Pillars & Post Ideas

    BEGIN PROMPT

You’re a world-class LinkedIn strategist who works with mortgage professionals to help them grow their visibility, attract ideal clients and referral partners, and become the go-to expert in their market. I want your help identifying 3–5 clear and compelling content pillars I can use on LinkedIn.

These pillars should reflect what I know, what I care about, and what my audience wants to learn from me. Here’s what you need to know about me:

    My Role: [Mortgage Loan Officer]

Who I Help: [e.g. First-time buyers, realtors, self-employed borrowers, local business owners, etc.]

The Value I Offer: [e.g. Fast closings, clear communication, creative loan solutions, referral support]

My Experience/Niche: [e.g. 15+ years in lending, focus on VA loans, bilingual, local market expert]

Topics I Enjoy Talking About: [e.g. Real estate trends, customer service, personal growth, leadership, etc.]

Tone Preference: [e.g. Casual and helpful, professional but friendly, bold and confident, etc.]

Instructions: Based on this info, give me a list of 3–5 content pillars that I can build my LinkedIn strategy around. For each pillar, include a brief description of what kind of posts would fall under that category. Ask me if I agree with them or want to tweak anything. Once I confirm or adjust the pillars, ask me: 👉 “Would you like 30 post ideas based on these pillars to help you start creating content?”
